.... that was my life for the past 2 weeks. thus, i have been quite the infrequent blogger! i really want to step up my game and blog at least twice a week. then perhaps thrice a week! i need to exercise my writing muscles, ya know.
:: i attended Youth Alive in Burbank/Buena Park, CA and i'm still awed that a two day event could be so power-packed! yes, God's spirit is alive and well in SoCal! :) it's always great to meet up with friends and to finally meet blogging friends! Sis. Kathy McElhaney - you are a wonderful person and you've been such an encouragement to me through your blog. it was an honor to meet you!
:: the sleep deprivation also caused some lack-of-sleep induced funny moments with my dear friends, shelly dianne and bekki leigh! can't wait for the next road trip ;)
tip: i don't recommend doing the YMCA move in downtown Burbank with a cup full of soda in your hand.
:: my friends had our sort of annual camping trip on labor day weekend! we didn't go last year so i can't really call it "annual". such fun! i shall post pictures sometime this week also.
:: pray for my laptop, friends. i think he was depressed that he had to leave california. i attempted to turn it on after arriving in dallas on sunday night and it refused to stay on for longer than one second. it was also emitting a wonderful burnt plastic smell. oh, and my warranty expired in april.
