broke!!

 nope, not talking about my bank account today..... it's my glasses. :(

i was pleased last week as i re-enrolled for my job's vision plan for next year....

since i got new frames this year, i'm only eligible for new lenses in 2011.

but i don't need new frames! i still like them! yay for replacement lenses! 

in my haste while headed to the airport in June, i mistakenly allowed my glasses and my tweezers to become buddies in the same pocket of my purse.... resulting in scratched lenses. oy.

so, i was annoyed on Sunday night as i reached in my bag and the little leg popped off of my frames.

oh, and Target Optical won't fix them.

 oh, horrors!

i think i'm going to try Ebay for getting new frames and having the eye folks pop in the correct lenses.

i'm also thinking of going kinda retro....
