maybe it's little artsy part of me that loves an interesting painting or sculpture
or maybe it's actually the 20-something year old girl who feels apprehensive, always thinking, "okayyyy, God. where are we headed?? a little guidance, por favor."
oh Lord of beauty, Lord of art,
Who gives a song for every heart,
carve out my life, reshape and mold;
and be the artist of my soul.
~ "artist of my soul" - sandi patty
how skillful the hands of the Artist,
who painted this picture of me
who painted this picture of me
He saw with the eyes of a master
how beautiful my life could be
how beautiful my life could be
where once was a portrait of gloom and despair
this masterpiece hangs in its place
it's signed with His blood and framed with His glory
this beautiful picture of grace
~ "picture of grace" - gaither vocal band
wonderful, beautiful is what You see
when you look at me
You're turning the tattered fabric of my life into
a perfect tapestry
~ "the real me" - natalie grant
your life woven day by day
is a new design of the glory God displays
on the canvas of creation through the poem of history
in the pattern of redemption
running through the tapestry
your life in Christ can be the greatest story ever told
~ "greatest story" - avalon

I think the 20s are worse than the jr high years. What in the world are we doing and where are we going?
Only our good shepherd knows :) We can be confident that no matter how foggy the way, we are in the palm of His hand and none can pluck us out!
i really really really hope that i don't rank my twenties worse than junior high years someday!
yes, only He knows... *SIGH*
Great quotes! Thanks for the comment, by the way! :)
Jen, if you top the junior high days, I am going to fly to Texas and remove you from your misery. You will come to CA. And you will be happy! *not a threat* lol (smile) Tis true :)
