open letter thursday

dear supreme rulers of gasoline pumps and prices {a.k.a. - the Middle East?},
i got SOOO happy when i heard that there have been $2.99/gallon sightings around the area. wowza! ok, my tank is pretty much full but you'd better believe i'm getting more gas today.... and that's saying alot since i hate pumping gas.


dear coworker {sigh... mr. "handlebars" again} and other random folks,
please please please please please do not try to engage me in any political discussions/criticisms. i'm not interested! my non-committal "hmm..."s are a HINT! i'm currently happily ignorant of all that is or isn't going on! thanks.


dear air quality,
the meteorologists aren't lying: you've been very bad lately. i was wheezing after a short walk. i will languish in a/c from now on.

yayyyyy! no work AND fireworks?! sweeeeet. can't wait. hooooray for july!
