Praise Report!

Okay so, Sunday night I left the church not long after my Pastor and his wife. So I'm driving along down the street and I hear this odd sound. I assumed that it was coming from the car next to me but then something tells me, "Hmmm Jen, maybe it's your car.... like, your tire." So then, I'm thinking, "Oh no! I must tell my Pastor!" LOLOL. They were riding in his truck ahead of me so I diverted from my usual way home to follow them!

So then I'm trying to catch up to them and drive sorta slowly/carefully and call both their cell phones at the same time. This stuff is not for amateurs, kids. ;)

Well, they went on down the road and I got stuck at a red light. Then after the light, I eased into a gas station, praying that they would see that I called them both like 20 times each!! So praise God, my pastor's wife answers and she tells me they're turning around to help me.

So I grab my donut and that-thing-you-push-your-car-up-with from the truck as they're pulling up. My pastor's wife and I are standing there staring at my tire and talking. My pastor is getting out of the car.

THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN.....

this old van swoops in out of no where! A man jumps out and chuckles and says, "Oh, a flat tire?" and he proceeds to start jacking up my car and removing the nuts from the tire! He inspects my tire, pulls the nail out and says that he can patch my tire! So right there he patches my tire!! He works for a tire place not far from the church. At this point, I'm seeing him as the Superman of Flat Tires.

So yeah, I'm so thankful! God is good!

Also, thankful that this week after the conference, work has been very relaxing and calm. Amazing.

Oh and thankful to be getting lotsa sleep, considering I was averaging like 4 hours of sleep last week!
